Health Anchors Learning Network Annual Gathering 2021 (April 20-23)

The Annual Gathering aims to bring together around 500 colleagues from health organisations, local authorities or other public agencies, voluntary and community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector with policy makers, senior managers and international experts. We will be creating opportunities to reflect on and learn about the pressing issues facing health and social care, and bridge the gap between evidence, action, policy and delivery. This year we will be meeting virtually.

Over four days (April 20th-23rd 2021), through a number of free interactive sessions, network participants will be able to share and learn about:

  • Workforce, employment, skills, procurement and spending as levers for change in health anchors

  • What anchor institutions in other sectors are doing and how they have interpreted their role as anchors

  • How North American health anchors have made progress on how they use their role as anchors to tackle racial inequalities

Please see an overview of events below, with speakers and additional events to be announced soon. You will need to register for each event individually by clicking on ‘Learn more and register’ under each event that you would like to join. If you have any questions please get in touch with us on hello@haln.org.uk.
